Your satisfaction is of the utmost important to us.  We kindly ask that you please review our policies prior to booking any of our services.

CARD ON FILE TO BOOK SOME SERVICES

Covid-19 has changed our lives in ways we never imagined.  In order to protect our service providers, clients and community we have made a few changes to our salon policies.  We thank you for your participation and we can't wait to see you again!  We require a 24-hour notice prior to your appointment to cancel or re-schedule.  Any notice give after 24-hours or NO SHOW / NO CALL will result in an automatic 50% charge of the service.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

LATE POLICY

On the 10th minute your appointment will be cancelled & will be charged 50% of the service price.  Please make sure you are here on time as scheduled.  Our appointments are back-to-back and we like to take our time with each and every client.  If you already purchased any package please book PURCHASED PACKAGE​

PAYMENTS

Full balance must be paid at The Beauty Wax Room.  We accept cash, debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.​ If you purchase a package you can make two payments

CONFIRMATION & TEXT OR  E-MAIL REMINDER
You will receive a confirmation text or  e-mail immediately after you submit your booking.  This reminder will contain our location, service, time & date for which your service is scheduled.  You will also receive a text reminder 24-hours prior to your appointment.​
PHYSICAL DISTANCING
We no longer have a waiting area inside the salon.  Clients are asked to wait in their vehicle or outside of the salon until their service provider is ready for them.  Clients must come for their appointment alone.  We ask that clients remain 6 feet apart from other service providers and clients while in the salon.
CLEANLINESS & PPE
All clients are required to wear a disposable mask for the duration of their service.
All clients are required to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer upon entry and when leaving the salon
Any clients who are exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, dry cough, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath) will be asked to leave the salon and may not return for 14 days or until they have taken a COVID-19 test which has come back negative.  Please be honest about your symptoms during our health screening questionnaire.
Your service provider will also be wearing a fresh, clean PPE for your appointment.  This will include a face mask, and gloves.  Clean bed sheets and paper.  We have a mandatory 20 minute disinfection period after each client where the station and any used areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before allowing the next client to enter the salon.
